38-year-old Eli Poe had a domestic incident with his girlfriend, Anne Sherman, at his Lindell Avenue residence on the night of May 15th. On May 16th, Sherman advised officers that she and Poe argued, during which he had shoved her onto a whiteboard, leaving a scratch mark on the right side of her ribs. Poe was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for domestic assault on May 17th.
Eli Poe of Lindell Avenue in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on May 17th, charged with domestic assault. He is free on a $1,000 bond.
