Ifrah Sultan speeds down Church Street, uses oncoming lane to pass car

23-year-old Ifrah Sultan was observed speeding near 1st Avenue North and Church Street on August 3rd, 2023. Officers noticed she passed another motorist using the oncoming traffic lane, going 45 mph in a 30-mph zone. This prompted officers to conduct a traffic stop on Interstate Drive. Officers cited Sultan for the occurrence that day. Then, after failing to appear in court, Sultan was booked on the citation of reckless driving on June 4th, 2024.

Scammer Jamion Boyd caught pretending to represent Stars Basketball Club to get donations

19-year-old Jamion Boyd, 18-year-old Eivin Kent, and a minor related to Boyd were observed on camera holding a sign that solicited donations from passersby in front of The Pub around 6:45 p.m. on June 4th. Officers noticed he was using a Venmo Link, so they scanned the QR code on the signs. The code redirected them to a Venmo account address different from the one on the official team website. Kent would not give officers his identity, so they detained him. Officers discovered that the three were acting as representatives of the Stars Basketball Club. The juvenile was also found to be soliciting with a similar sign. Boyd was taken into custody and charged with criminal impersonation and contributing to the delinquency of a minor on June 4th.

18-year-old Eivin Kent, 19-year-old Jaimon Darrell Boyd, and a minor were observed on camera holding a sign that solicited donations from passersby in front of The Pub around 6:45 p.m. on June 4th. Kent would not give officers his identity, so they detained him. Officers discovered that the three were acting as representatives of the Stars Basketball Club. During a subsequent search, officers located a grinder, rolling paper, and scales. When they instructed him to sit inside the patrol car, he refused. Kent was taken into custody for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, the unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, and criminal impersonation.

Larrisha Owens calls baby daddy’s workplace over 60 times in 3 hours

27-year-old Larrisha Owens was taken into custody for harassment on June 4th. Eric Towles called the police to Wirtgen America Inc., his job, and advised them that the mother of his child, Owens, had called the business over 60 times between 11:57 a.m. and 2:58 p.m. This caused Towles to be annoyed with Owens. He provided officers with two phone numbers from which she had contacted the business. Krista Peterson, security for the establishment, told officers she answered all work-related phone calls and corroborated that Owens called 60-plus times in three hours. Then, while officers helped Towles obtain an order of protection, Owens arrived to drop their child off to him, so they detained her for the occurrence.

Frank Davis goes to work at Macaroni Grill despite being banned from Opry Mills Mall

25-year-old Frank Davis was banned from the Opry Mills Mall for three years on March 23rd. On June 4th, at around 4:57 p.m., security flagged officers down, advising them that Davis was on the property. Police located him inside Macaroni Grill, where he is currently employed. Officers informed Davis that although the previous intimidation case was retired for a certain period, mall management still banned him from the premises. He was detained for the incident, and during a subsequent search of him, officers located a 9mm semi-automatic firearm in his waistband. Then, under Miranda, Davis admitted to being a felon and having a handgun, telling officers that he carries the gun to “protect his life.” Davis was taken into custody for criminal trespass and being a felon in possession of a firearm on June 5th.

Isaiah Woods punches & strangles friend after taking her car from mechanic

24-year-old Isaiah Benton Woods had an altercation with his friend, Tia Jamison, at her Flintlock Court residence on May 30th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Jamison, who was hysterical and visibly beaten. Jamison advised officers that Woods had been with her when she dropped her car off at the mechanic several days ago. Jamison told officers that she recently found out he had gone back without her, picked up the car, and drove it around. After discovering this, she tracked Woods’s location to a Donelson Pike tobacco store, where she confronted him, sparking an argument. During the argument, Woods allowed Jamison to get her car back. Then, she said, when she got into the driver’s seat, the window was still down, and Woods threw a marinara sauce cup at her face as she attempted to leave. Jamison told officers her car was push-to-start, so when she pulled off, Woods still had her keys, which included her house keys. After returning home, she said she noticed Woods and his baby mama pulling up in their GMC pickup truck before exiting it and running up to her outside steps. Jamison said that Woods aimed a small handgun at her, demanding the keys to another vehicle she kept at her house. When she did not comply, he started punching her repeatedly before putting her in a headlock and yelling, “I am a security guard, and you have got me f*cked up!” Jamison said Woods was “Choking me with all of his strength” and threw her down the stairs, causing her to land in the driveway. She then tried to enter her car and flee, but he chased her and continued to punch and “choke” her. This continued until Woods’ baby mama said, “It is time to go. She has had enough.” A witness provided officers with footage corroborating Jamison’s statement. The police verified Woods’ identity via an old Facebook picture that Jamison showed them. Then, a warrant was issued for his arrest that day. Woods was taken into custody for aggravated assault on June 4th.

Cheyanne Federico assaults ex-boyfriend for playing games on phone, accuses him of cheating

25-year-old Cheyanne Federico had a domestic altercation with her ex-boyfriend, Gemaal Aaron Pratts, at his Straightway Avenue residence on June 3rd. Pratts told responding officers that he and Federico had an argument that became physical. Then, Pratts further explained that while he was playing games on his phone in the bathroom, she started banging on the door, accusing him of cheating. Pratts stepped out of the bathroom, unplugged Federico’s laptop from the wall, and asked her to leave because he “Did not have the time or energy for the drama.” After this, she pushed him and started to scratch his arms and neck, leaving visible marks. During an interview, Pratts admitted to smashing her phone out of anger after the dispute escalated. A warrant was issued for Federico’s arrest. Federico was deemed as the primary aggressor and was later taken into custody for domestic assault on June 4th.

Prince Huffman violates order of protection by having woman text his ex-girlfriend for him

38-year-old Prince Donavan Huffman was served an order of protection on April 6th. On April 24th, officers spoke with Emma Grace Coakley, Huffman’s ex-girlfriend, who stated that On April 22nd, she received a text from a female named Lydia stating, “If there is any way you can give me Prince’s key, I would appreciate it.” Coakley said that earlier that day in court, Judge Hayes granted the full order, and Huffman was arrested on a warrant for violating the order later that day. She said she felt distressed by the third party messaging her and wanted to press charges for the occurrence. A warrant was issued for his arrest. Huffman was taken into custody for an order of protection violation on June 4th.

Brandi Richards destroys man’s glass door with rock

32-year-old Brandi Richards was observed vandalizing Ferhat Omer’s glass door on May 26th. The footage showed Richards picking up a large rock and throwing it at Omer’s door multiple times, causing damage to it. A warrant was issued for her arrest on May 29th. Richards was later taken into custody for vandalism on June 4th.

Lochlain Hardin jumps inside elevator, causes $2,961 worth of damage after it gets stuck

23-year-old Lochlain Aubrey Hardin was taken into custody for felony vandalism on June 4th. On April 12th, around 11 p.m., Thompson Hotel security footage showed Hardin and three others entering the elevator from the upper floor bar area. Then, while in the elevator, Hardin started jumping very high, causing it to shake and eventually get stuck, preventing people from exiting. The video then showed Hardin laughing hysterically while his friends became upset with him for committing this dangerous act. The hotel’s security director gave officers a report stating the group was stuck inside the elevator for at least an hour until technicians retrieved them. Staff members identified Hardin for their report. On June 3rd, the security director filed an official police report and advised that on April 25th, he received an invoice for the repairs, which totaled $2,961.40. He tried to message Hardin via text message on May 21st, May 22nd, and May 28th to discuss civil repayment for the damage, but Hardin never responded. A warrant was issued for Hardin’s arrest on June 3rd, and Hardin was later detained for the occurrence on June 4th.
