Jersey Clevenger arrested on Missouri warrant at Nashville International Airport

21-year-old Jersey Clevenger was seen publicly intoxicated at the Nashville International Airport on July 5th. Officers were dispatched to a gate at the airport for a female who was intoxicated and appeared to be taking shallow breaths while sleeping. When officers arrived on the scene, they were able to wake Clevenger up. Clevenger then immediately asked to use the restroom. Clevenger was escorted to the bathroom, and officers observed that she could not walk or stand on her own. Officers then asked her to take a seat for her own safety, and they attempted to question her. As officers questioned Clevenger, she was unable to tell officers where she was. Clevenger told officers she was in Sarasota and admitted that she had been drinking at the airport. Officers then asked her again where she was, to which she again replied, Sarasota. Due to Clevenger’s inability to correctly answer where she was, her slightly bloodshot eyes, and her difficulty walking, officers placed her under arrest for public intoxication. Officers also discovered Clevenger had a full extradition warrant out of Missouri, so she was taken into custody for public intoxication and fugitive from justice.

Joseph French drunkenly enters stranger’s home, falls asleep on their couch

24-year-old Joseph Bryan French entered a random Country Wood Circle apartment on July 7th. The homeowners alerted the authorities and advised them that a stranger, later identified as French, was on their couch. When officers arrived, they located French sleeping on the couch. Officers asked him if he knew where he was, to which French replied that it was not his apartment. French told officers that he “just started sleeping.” Additionally, French admitted to having a shot and six to eight cans of beer. French was then taken into custody for criminal trespass.

Nuyok Ding resists arrest after drunkenly starting fight outside Airbnb

27-year-old Nuyok Ding was involved in an altercation with two other men at an Airbnb residence on Meridian Street on July 7th. When officers arrived, Ding and the other individuals denied any assistance. However, once officers left, a fight broke out on the porch. While officers attempted to break up the fight, Ding resisted by pulling his arms away. Ding ignored officers’ commands and continued to resist. During their interaction with Ding, officers observed the smell of alcohol coming from him as well as multiple signs of intoxication. Ding was told that he was no longer welcome at the Airbnb. Officers determined Ding was unable to take care of himself, so he was taken into custody for public intoxication and resisting arrest.

BUI: Matthew Walker tells officers he had “not too many” drinks before driving boat on Percy Priest Lake

28-year-old Matthew Paul Walker was observed operating a vessel while sitting on the sundeck above the boat’s gunnel in Percy Priest Lake on the evening of July 5th. After officers noticed this, they initiated a stop, during which they found Walker reeked of alcohol, showing signs of intoxication. Officers then asked Walker if he had consumed alcohol, to which he then admitted that he had, but “not too many.” After performing poorly on sobriety tests, Walker was taken into custody for boating under the influence and an implied consent violation.

Iliana Munoz destroys man’s belongings after he damages her $4,000 purse during argument

19-year-old Iliana Isabel Munoz was involved in a domestic disturbance at a Great Circle Road apartment late July 5th. A third party alerted the authorities, and when officers arrived, they spoke with Munoz, who stated she and an unidentified male had an argument regarding her receiving messages from another man. Munoz added that the dispute escalated when he allegedly strangled her while trying to remove her from the apartment. When officers spoke with him, he told them that Munoz became irate when he asked her to leave. Then, he said Munoz destroyed his PlayStation controller, headphones, and sunglasses valued at $770. Munoz added that she damaged his property because he damaged her $4,000 purse. Munoz was then taken into custody for vandalism on July 6th.

Tristan Becker drunkenly accuses officers of voting for Obama after altercation with driver on Broadway

39-year-old Tristan Becker was seen publicly intoxicated near Friends in Low Places bar and the Police Precinct on Broadway on July 6th. Officers responded to the area of the bar regarding an assault about a vehicle incident that occurred on another part of the Broadway strip. Officers were informed that initially, the incident may have happened near the Friends in Low Places Bar and then the Police Precinct. Officers made contact with Becker in front of the Precinct. Officers then noticed the smell of alcohol coming from his breath as well as his bloodshot, watery eyes, slurred speech, and inability to walk. In addition to this, Becker admitted to officers that he was drunk. While officers attempted to speak with Becker about the incident, he became argumentative. Becker began insulting officers, as well as talking about irrelevant topics, such as accusing officers of voting for Obama, mentioning George Floyd, and speaking about UFC fighters. Becker did not know where the situation occurred and changed the location several times when he tried to provide officers with a statement.

Becker told officers that he was dragged 200 feet by a vehicle on a crowded Broadway Street; however, there were no witnesses to this statement as it was false. Officers then asked Becker if he would like to make a report. Becker began insulting and interrupting officers during the process. Becker then gave his ID to officers to make a report. After this, Becker proceeded to walk away shortly after telling officers he didn’t want his ID back and that he no longer needed police services. Officers attempted to give him his ID back, but he wandered off aimlessly. Officers then determined he was too intoxicated for his own safety, so he was taken into custody for public intoxication. Officers made contact with the other party involved, who told officers that he was driving slowly through traffic on Broadway. The man said he saw Becker crossing the sidewalk, and Becker became angry at him. Proceeding this, Becker walked up to his car, banged on it, approached the driver’s side window, and cursed at him. The driver then claims that Becker then reached into his vehicle and attempted to punch him, causing him to flee the scene to avoid conflict. For these reasons, Becker was then transported and charged with public intoxication

Bryan Espinoza-Camacho caught with marijuana after attempting to flee traffic stop

18-year-old Bryan Espinoza-Camacho was caught with marijuana after trying to flee police in a motor vehicle on Pennington Bend Road on July 5th. Officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the car and activated their emergency equipment. Camacho, however, did not stop, slow down, or respond to their equipment. Officers then used a pursuit termination device to stop Camacho, and he stopped his vehicle before making contact with the device. Officers then detained Camacho when he stopped and searched him, finding a pink vape. Officers then proceeded to search his vehicle, where they found a small baggie with a leafy green substance that Camacho admitted was marijuana. Camacho was then taken into custody for evading arrest, possession of a controlled substance, and tobacco possession while under the age of 21.

Gramajo advised officers that he had asked Dariel to mow the lawn. When Gramajo arrived home from work, he saw that Dariel had not mowed it, so he started mowing it. As Gramajo did this, Dariel came outside and told Gramajo that he would do it. This sparked an argument that escalated when Dariel pushed him and started striking him repeatedly before calling Jose to assist him with the attack. When Jose arrived, he joined in and started hitting him with Dariel. Gramajo said that he did not fight back but tried to protect himself, adding that when his wife called the police, Dariel and Jose drove off. Gramajo had several injuries to his face, head, and arms, so he was transported to the hospital for further evaluation. Additionally, he said that Jose threatened to kill him before leaving. Sanchez was later taken into custody for domestic assault on July 7th.

Breasia Sams punches man several times in face after he refuses to give her ride home

28-year-old Breasia Sams was involved in a domestic altercation with Adam Garcia, a sexual partner, at a Flintlock Court residence on July 6th. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with Garcia. He stated that Sams, who he is in a sexual relationship with, became extremely intoxicated and became physical towards him. Garcia informed officers that Sams became upset and punched him several times in the face after he refused to give her a ride home in the morning. Officers then noticed red marks on the side of Garcia’s face. Sams was deemed the primary aggressor and was then taken into custody for domestic assault.
