28-year-old Brennan Thomas O’Donnell pulled down a parking cone and knocked down metal “no parking” barriers while walking southbound on Dr. M.L.K. Jr Boulevard early June 29th. Patrolling officers observed this and approached him. Officers then noticed he showed signs of impairment. O’Donnell told officers he had been drinking and was confused about where he was staying or where he was going. Officers also noted that O’Donnell did not have a phone to call anyone. O’Donnell was deemed unable to care for himself and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Brennan Thomas O’Donnell was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 29th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
