DUI: Mario Koko scores .192% BAC after swerving between lanes on Murfreesboro Pike

33-year-old Mario Koko was seen almost crashing into after failing to maintain his lane on Murfreesboro Pike on July 13th. Koko proceeded to accelerate above the speed limit. Officers observed this and conducted a traffic stop. When officers approached Koko, they noticed the smell of alcohol coming from his vehicle. Officers noted that Koko’s girlfriend, Brittany Pridemore, and her two children were also in the car. At first, Koko stated that he had nothing to drink. Koko later recanted his statement and said he had one drink. Koko then performed field sobriety tests and showed multiple signs of impairment. Koko was read implied consent and ended up consenting to a breath test. His final result was a .192% BAC. Koko was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence.

Mario Koko of Kendall Park Drive in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 13th, charged with DUI with a child. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $5,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
