19-year-old Hannah Lea Whittaker had a domestic incident with Matthew Carter at their Lutton Street residence on June 30th. Whittaker told responding officers that she and Carted had argued over them talking to “members of the opposite sex”, which she added was strictly verbal. Then, Carter advised officers that their dispute had turned physical and that he recorded it. Officers reviewed the video, which showed Carter turning his back while hearing sounds consistent with Whittaker hitting him. Whittaker was then taken into custody for domestic assault.
Hannah Lea Whittaker of Luton Street in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on June 30th, charged with domestic assault. She is free on a $1,500 bond.
