45-year-old Joshua Wade Stonebarger was issued a criminal trespass warning from the Holiday Inn Hotel on West End Avenue on July 13th. He was told not to return to the establishment without a legitimate reason since he was not a patron. Then, on July 15th, Stonebarger caused a disturbance at the establishment, so the employees alerted the authorities. Responding officers then detained him for the occurrence. Stonebarger was taken into custody for criminal trespass.
Joshua Wade Stonebarger of Lafayette Street in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 15th, charged with criminal trespass. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
