55-year-old Michael McClain violated the order of protection that Keesha Daree McClain had against him multiple times between July 2nd and July 17th. Keesha called officers to her Paddington Way residence and advised them of the protection order, which they verified with DCSO and confirmed that it had been continued until July 25th, 2025. Then, Keesha further explained that on July 2nd, when Michael had been served the order of protection, she went to a Mexican restaurant and saw Michael drive by. She added that on July 7th, while she was at Starwood, Michael arrived there.
Then, Keesha told officers that on July 10th, around 11 p.m., she ate with a friend at Whataburger on Century Farms Parkway. She said that she parked her car and ate inside her friend’s vehicle, which was when Michael drove up and parked beside her vehicle. Keesha said Michael was trying to look inside her vehicle, which made her think she had a tracker on her car. Then, on July 17th, she found a tracker under her vehicle towards the rear. A warrant was issued for his arrest on July 18th. Michael McClain was later taken into custody for aggravated stalking and three counts of an order of protection violation on July 25th.
Michael McClain of Paddington Way in Antioch, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 25th, charged with aggravated stalking and order of protection violation. He is free on a $25,000 bond.
