59-year-old Timothy Ables called 911 four times, stating he needed help finding a bed because he was “not going to sleep outside” on July 25th. Officers were dispatched to the 20th Avenue North and State Street intersection on numerous occasions regarding Ables. He had been given a ride to the Nashville Rescue Mission earlier, where he was kicked out. Ables then called an ambulance to take him to St. Thomas Midtown Hospital so he could “sleep in a bed.” Then, due to nothing medically being wrong with him, the hospital discharged him. Earlier, officers warned him only to use 911 for emergencies and that calling in to get help sleeping in a bed was not. However, Ables called in again and was detained for the occurrence. Ables was then taken into custody for non-emergency 911 calls.
Later that night, after bonding out in the morning, Ables caused a disturbance at the Nashville Rescue Mission. The police were advised that Ables was refusing to leave and harassing employees inside the establishment. When officers arrived, they located him sitting on the property while the rescue staff told him to leave. Then, after confirming that the business had a valid trespass waiver on file, Ables was taken into custody for criminal trespass.
Timothy Ables of Church Street in Goodlettsville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on July 25th, charged with non-emergency 911 calls and trespassing. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $150, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.

If a homeless WhiteHuman went to a shelter or Salvation Army he would be dismissed by them…If they were given access to shelter the animals in chawge would engineer for them to be murdered in their sleep by the savages…
