29-year-old Abdullah Mohammad Hammad was involved in a scuffle outside of Jason Aldean’s Rooftop Bar late August 17th. The staff at the establishment flagged officers down regarding the incident. When the police arrived, they observed one of the parties in the middle of the street with one of the bystanders getting up from the ground.
Then, officers asked Hammad to back up and separate from the other involved party, who he was holding onto. However, Hammad disregarded several of their commands. In response, officers began pushing him and telling him to calm down, to which he responded, “I don’t need to listen to you. You need to back up.” After this, Hammad was taken into custody for disorderly conduct on August 18th.
