24-year-old Antonio Bucio was found passed out drunk in the back of a vehicle at Sentral SoBro Apartments on August 25th. When officers arrived, they spoke with an EMT, who stated that Bucio was uncooperative. They added that Bucio would not answer any of their questions and was being belligerent while they were trying to assist him.
The police observed Bucio being disorderly and noticed his breath reeked of alcohol. Then, Bucio refused medical treatment and did not want to go to the hospital. Bucio was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Antonio Bucio was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 25th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $250.
