21-year-old Kenneth Smith was involved in a brawl in downtown Nashville at the Noel Block Garage on August 25th. When police arrived and attempted to mediate the fight, it was reported that it took several officers to stop it.
During the questioning of all the involved parties, Smith was apprehended following his admission to initiating the conflict. The other parties were also taken into custody. Smith was transported to booking and charged with disorderly conduct.
Kenneth C. Smith of Antietam road in Beechgrove, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 25th, charged with disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,500, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
