57-year-old Dean Rabideau had a domestic altercation with his wife, Cheryl Rabideau, near Jason Aldean’s Rooftop Bar late August 27th. Officers observed this and approached Mr. Rabideau, who said, “My wife is drunk. She hit me. I am law enforcement. it’s okay.” Then, security at the bar said they saw Mr. Rabideau push Mrs. Rabideau before slapping her. After this, the police obtained security footage showing Mr. Rabideau and his wife walking down the stairs and holding hands. She tried to remove her hand, causing Mr. Rabideau to get upset and try grabbing her hand again before smacking her in the face. Dean Rabideau was taken into custody for domestic assault on August 28th.

Timothy Verdugo Holland sits on roommate after being told he’s using can opener wrong

33-year-old Timothy Verdugo Holland was involved in an altercation with his roommate, Jeffrey Dixon, on August 27th. When officers arrived and spoke with Dixon, he told them the incident started when he saw Holland using a can opener incorrectly. Dixon stated that when he asked Holland if he needed help, Holland turned around, pushed him to the ground, and then sat on him. When officers made contact with Holland, he told them that instead of Dixon trying to help him with the can opener, he took it out of his hand and then pulled him back. Holland confessed that this was when he pushed Dixon and sat on him. Officers later spoke with Holland about the incident again. However, this time, he had never mentioned that Dixon had pulled him away from the can opener. Due to Holland changing his statement and admitting that he got physical with Dixon, he was taken into custody for domestic assault.

Andrue Carpenter caught driving stolen Infiniti Q50 in McDonald’s parking lot

27-year-old Andrue Peyton Carpenter was found at the Hardin Place McDonalds in a 2014 Infiniti Q50 that Shoaib Mirzai had reported stolen on August 23rd. On August 28th, officers were flagged down by a concerned citizen. When they arrived, they observed the stolen vehicle in the back corner of the McDonald’s parking lot. Officers watched the car pull to the front of the lot and park in a different space. Then, the police approached the driver’s seat, where they located Carpenter, had him exit the vehicle, and detained him for the occurrence. Carpenter then told officers he had been staying with a friend he met a week ago at Woodspring Suites. Carpenter said that he told his friend he was going to walk to McDonald’s and that his friend told him to take his car. Carpenter claimed he had no idea it was stolen. The individual who flagged officers down advised that Carpenter had stolen the vehicle from a friend named Roger at WoodSpring Suites. Officers later discovered it had been reported stolen from a vehicle shop and that its Kelly Blue Book value is around $11,000. Carpenter was then taken into custody for vehicle theft.

Jessica Lucious throws PlayStation 5 controller at boyfriend after telling him to rest

25-year-old Jessica Lucious had a domestic altercation with her boyfriend, Dmaure Mcmanaway, at their Old Hickory Boulevard residence late February 6th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Mcmanaway, who stated that he and Lucious had a verbal dispute after he came home from a twelve-hour shift. Mcmanaway said that Lucious had told him to rest. However, when he attempted to lie down, Lucious became upset that he was not spending time with her. After this, Mcmanaway told officers that Lucious called one of her friends and began talking loudly and disrespectfully about him, causing him to exit the room. Then, he asked her why she was disrespecting him, to which Lucious and her friend on the phone berated him. Mcmanaway said he returned to his room and turned on his Bluetooth speaker towards the door. Mcmanaway added that he played the music loud enough to prevent him from hearing their conversation. He stated that Lucious knocked on his door and asked to grab some belongings. When Mcmanaway opened the door, Lucious started grabbing items and cursing at him. Mcmanaway said Lucious left his room afterward, so he locked the door. However, Lucious returned and asked to enter his room. Mcmanaway stated he asked her what she wanted so that he could grab it for her. Then, he said he heard Lucious running toward the door and damaging the door frame before entering forcefully. Mcmanaway told the police he was lying in bed, recording the incident. In the recording, Lucious can be heard saying, “I do not give a f*ck! I know what I did!” Mcmanaway said that after Lucious had left the room, he had stood up and walked towards the doorframe. Then, he said that Lucious grabbed his PlayStation 5 controller and threw it at him. However, Mcmanaway noted it missed him and hit the door. Mcmanaway informed the police that repairing his controller would cost $50. Then, he went into detail, stating that after he tried to lie down to rest again, Lucious jumped on him and started punching him. Then, Mcmanaway said Lucious called 911 and left the residence. Officers called Lucious multiple times, but it went to her voicemail. Police deemed Lucious the primary aggressor and obtained a warrant for her arrest. Lucious was taken into custody for vandalism on August 28th.

Timothy Jordan steals woman’s iPhone 8 from her shopping cart at Kroger

33-year-old Timothy Jordan was identified as the person who stole Tollie Howe’s $150 Apple iPhone 8 from the Highway 70 South Kroger on September 21st, 2023. The police report stated that after Howe was done shopping, she noticed her phone was missing from her shopping cart. Then, on September 22nd, 2023, Walter Howe, her son, tracked the phone to an EcoATM kiosk at the Dickerson Pike Walmart. After this, Ms. Howe provided the IMEI number on her phone. Officers then ran her phone in Leads Online. From this, officers learned Jordan was listed as the person who sold the stolen phone to the EcoATM kiosk on September 21st, 2023, at 6:40 p.m. Ms. Howe advised officers that she wanted to press charges for the occurrence. A warrant was issued for Jordan’s arrest on November 20th, 2023. Jordan was later taken into custody for theft on August 27th, 2024.

Ashley Lott steals over $10,000 from drunk man she met on Broadway

32-year-old Ashley Lott was caught after stealing from Todd Johnson while on Broadway on June 30th. On July 2nd, Johnson reported a theft that occurred on June 30th while he was out with a group of friends on Lower Broadway. Johnson reported that he did not remember anything other than meeting two women while he was out. He claimed that while walking downtown, he found all his belongings missing. Johnson informed officers that he was able to get a taxi and return to his Airbnb with his friends to make a flight home. At the time of the report, Johnson informed officers that he was missing his wallet, credit card, Alaska driver’s license, and iPhone SE. Johnson also claims there were several fraudulent charges to his bank account from that day. The total value between the stolen items and the money taken out of his account totals $10,649.24.

Johnson informed officers the last places he personally made purchases while out were Kid Rock’s and Honky Tonk Central on Broadway. He stated that he was unsure of the exact time the incident occurred. Johnson provided a photo of himself and his friends to better assist with reviewing camera footage. Officers found the footage of John and his friends. The footage shows Johnson being outside of Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk with two women in addition to his friends. The group is seen walking around Broadway, and one of the women walks away, heading west on Broadway.

Officers followed the woman through footage, showing her leaving the street camera before reappearing where multiple vehicles were parked. The other woman seen walking with Johnson and his friend also walked in the same direction. Officers located street footage near the intersection of Broadway, which showed two women parking a black Audi Q8 vehicle. The same vehicle was seen pulling off just after Johnson and the female were seen in the area. The vehicle tag is unclear in the footage, but it appears to be yellow.

Johnson was able to provide his phone records and stated that two calls were made to a Texas phone number on the morning of June 30th, around the time he met the females. Officers searched this cell phone number, and it came back to be Langhorn. Officers searched Langhorn’s Facebook, where several recent photos of her matched the characteristics of one of the women seen in the footage. Langhorn’s information also shows that she owns a black Audi Q8 with a yellow license plate.

Johnson informed his friend of the situation, and he provided Johnson with another phone number. Upon a search of this phone number, officers learned it belonged to Ashley Lott. Lott is a possible associate of Langhorn. A search of Lott’s Facebook showed that she matched the characteristics of the other woman in the camera footage. The two women are the last people to be seen with Johnson before his items went missing. Both women have arrest histories from other jurisdictions, which include prostitution and theft charges. Although they have not been arrested in Davidson County, officers are aware of theft rings that pick up intoxicated males and steal their items. A warrant was issued for Lott’s arrest, and she was later taken into custody for property theft on August 27th.

Abanoub Nageib jailed after drag racing down Murfreesboro Pike at 95 mph

18-year-old Abanoub Nageib was speeding alongside another vehicle on Murfreesboro Pike late July 12th. Patrolling officers observed the cars going 95 mph in a 50 mph zone and conducted a traffic stop. The other driver entered the center turn lane and kept driving. Nageib pulled over for police at the Murfreesboro Pike Publix. When the police spoke with Nageib, he was apologetic and denied racing with the other driver. Then, Nageib asked officers why they didn’t stop the other vehicle for speeding. Nageib was cited for the occurrence that day. Then, Nageib failed to book himself by August 15th, and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest on August 23rd. Nageib was later jailed for drag racing on August 28th.

Ian Balogh slaps & punches ex-boyfriend during argument at his apartment

25-year-old Ian Balogh had a domestic incident with his ex-boyfriend, Brandon Hendren, on March 22nd. Hendren called the police to a Hermitage Avenue establishment and told them he and Balogh were driving to Smyrna, TN, to pick up Hendren’s vehicle. During the drive, Hendren said they had a verbal dispute that escalated when Balogh slapped him in the face. Hendren stated that he stopped the car and asked Balogh to leave. Balogh then took Hendren’s laptop and shoes he let Hendren wear before walking off towards Fairfield Avenue. Hendren said that he parked at the Hermitage Avenue business and waited for the police to arrive so he could report the altercation. Hendren told officers that he wanted to press charges. Then, warrants were issued for Balogh’s arrest that day. On August 28th, officers responded to The Haven at The Gulch Apartments on Division Street regarding a domestic disturbance. When officers arrived, they spoke with Hendren. He stated that he and Balogh had gotten into a scuffle at Balogh’s apartment. Hendren explained that their verbal argument escalated when Balogh told him to leave. Hendren said Balogh eventually pushed him out the door and into the hallway. Then, he stated that Balogh followed him and slapped him. This was when Hendren told Balogh that if he hit him again, he would call the police. After this, Hendren said that Balogh slapped him again and punched him in the face, leaving an abrasion and broken skin under his left eye. Hendren said he then called 911 for assistance. While officers were on the way, Balogh had also called the police. Balogh advised police that he had pushed Hendren out of his unit. Then, Balogh added that Hendren may have sustained his injuries after being shoved into the hallway. During the investigation, officers discovered that Balogh had three outstanding warrants from a previous domestic occurrence with Hendren in March 2024. That incident resulted in Balogh violating a temporary order of protection that Hendren had placed against him in Shelby County. Balogh was taken into custody for domestic assault, aggravated assault, theft, and an order of protection violation.

Hillary Dubon shoves baby daddy’s head into the ground during argument over son

25-year-old Hillary Morales Dubon was involved in an altercation with the father of her child, Misael Lopez Vega, on August 25th at her Brick Church Pike residence. When officers arrived and spoke with Dubon, she stated that she had argued with Vega about him not returning their son at the time they agreed on. Dubon told officers that when she asked Vega to leave, he pushed her and then hit her in the face. Officers later made contact and spoke with Vega about the incident. Vega told officers that during an argument, Dubon assaulted him. Vega stated Dubon pushed him, grabbed him by the neck, and shoved his head to the ground. Vega stated that he acted in self-defense by pushing Dubon off of him and hitting her in the face as he attempted to get away from her. A witness who was still present confirmed all of Vega’s statements. When officers questioned Dubon again, she admitted to pushing Vega first. After police observed visible injuries on Vega, Dubon was deemed the primary aggressor and taken into custody for domestic assault.
