53-year-old Ruby Abigail Cooper was found passed out in front of Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk on Broadway in the early hours of August 14th. Officers noticed this, woke her up, and discovered she reeked of alcohol, showing signs of impairment.
As Officers tried to help Cooper stand, they attempted to figure out where Cooper was staying but were not successful. Cooper was deemed a danger to herself and was taken into study for public intoxication.
Rudy Abigail Cooper was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 14th, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $100.

I think establishments should be required to breathalyze patrons before serving them.
