#1 Caniac Christopher Hart attempts to fight Raising Cane’s staff after being denied entry, tells police “Take me to jail!”

27-year-old Christopher Hart caused a disturbance at Raising Cane’s on September 1st. Security flagged officers down and told them Hart tried fighting with them after being denied entry. When officers spoke with Hart, they noticed he reeked of alcohol and showed signs of impairment.

Then, Hart told them he was on the phone with 911 because Raising Cane’s staff would not let him enter the business. The police informed Hart that they did not have to allow him entry. Hart then became aggressive and got very close to officers, stating, “Take me to jail!” Hart was taken into custody for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Christopher Hart of Second Avenue South in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on September 1st, charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
