The Davidson County Grand Jury indicted 34-year-old Antonio Durham for three counts of indecent exposure on July 31st, 2024. The indictment alleges that Durham, on September 24th, 2023, before the finding of this indictment, while confined in a penal institution and with intent to abuse, torment, harass, or embarrass an employee, did intentionally expose his genitals or buttocks to a staff member at Riverbend Maximum Security Institution three times.
Durham was taken into custody on September 9th, 2024.
Antonio Durham was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on September 9th, charged with three counts of indecent exposure. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
