63-year-old Charles Trueblood was caught assaulting a waitress at the Hooters on Wade Circle on August 2nd. While Trueblood was at the Hooters, he needed to be cut off from alcohol. Shortly after this, Trueblood got into an altercation with another person, so they were both asked to leave. While Trueblood was on his way out, he ended up slapping a waitress, Michelle Brown, on her butt.
Officers then spoke to Trueblood, who admitted he was at the Hooters. However, Trueblood stated that he was too drunk to remember if he had slapped anyone on their butt. Trueblood was later identified in a lineup and cited for the violation on August 8th. Following this, Trueblood was later booked on the citation of simple assault on September 3rd.
Charles Ray Trueblood of Cartwright Street in Goodlettsville, TN, was booked on a citation on September 3rd, charged with domestic assault.
