The Davidson County Grand Jury indicted 33-year-old Darryl Claxton for three counts of indecent exposure on July 31st, 2024. The indictment alleges that Claxton, on November 5th, 2023, December 7th, 2023, and December 24th, 2023, before the finding of this indictment, while confined in a penal institution, and with intent to abuse, torment, harass, or embarrass an employee, did intentionally expose his genitals or buttocks to a staff member at Riverbend Maximum Security Institution.
Claxton was taken into custody on September 9th, 2024.
Darryl Claxton was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on September 9th, charged with three counts of indecent exposure. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $1,000.
