47-year-old Joseph Mannion was seen on September 4th, causing a disturbance inside the Oscar’s Taco Shop on Centennial Boulevard. It was reported that while Mannion was there, he aggressively approached and shoved a man named Joshua Clegg. Following the altercation with Clegg, Mannion reportedly grabbed a bottle of hot sauce and hurled it across the store, where it struck Daniel Menjivar behind the cashier’s counter.

On the same day, Mannion made contact with Marshia Bender at the White Bison Coffee Shop. While on the patio, Bender explained that when Mannion approached her, she ignored him. She stated that this led to Mannion becoming visibly upset to the point that he started yelling and cursing at her. After this, Mannion picked up a chair and acted like he would hit her with it. A witness of the altercation, Davis Bennet, told officers he was nearby while the incident occurred, so he approached Mannion. Once Mannion made contact with Bennet, he put the chair down and punched him in the arm.
