45-year-old Mark Colenburg was involved in a domestic altercation with the mother of his child, Maria Feeney, at their Deby Trace residence on July 23rd. When officers arrived, they spoke with Feeney. She stated that she was sleeping in her room with their infant child when Colenburg entered the residence. Feeney stated that Colenburg entered her room and attempted to take their child from her.
Feeney told officers that she refused and instead started hugging their child against her. Feeney stated that when she did this, Colenburg bit her three times, causing visible bruises. Colenburg was not there when officers arrived. Colenburg was later found and taken into custody for domestic assault on August 31st.
Mark D. Colenburg of Derby Trace in Nashville, TN, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 31st, charged with domestic assault. He is free on a $1,000 bond.
