27-year-old Zavien Gartica was caught after acting disorderly while at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row on Broadway on September 7th. Officers were flagged down by security staff for a drunk and disorderly person. When officers arrived on the scene, they noticed Gartica lying on the ground with his hands behind his back as he was getting restrained. This is when officers spoke with security. They stated that Gartica had a physical altercation with another person on the second floor and was asked to leave.
Security informed officers that once outside, Gartica continued to be aggressive, but the other party was not on the scene. Security then informed officers that Garcia had attempted to re-enter the business. After being told he knew to leave and was not allowed inside, Gartica began shoving security guards. Gartica was then taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.
Zavien Jawuan Gartica of Col Etheredge Blvd in Huntsville, TX, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on September 7th, charged with disorderly conduct. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $250, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
