49-year-old Shannon Hewitt caused a disturbance at Los Tres Amigos 2 around 9:17 p.m. on July 9th. Hewitt told responding officers that she had around two margaritas when she lost the keys to her white Dodge Stratus and was asking to see if anyone saw them. Hewitt added that she was homeless and living out of her vehicle, so she had no one to pick her up. Officers offered to take her to the hospital or the local mission, but she refused. During their interaction, they noticed she reeked of alcohol and showed signs of impairment. Officers then deemed her a danger to herself. Hewitt was taken into custody for public intoxication on July 10th.
