54-year-old Barry Glenn Augustinsky and his wife, Stephanie Augustinsky, caused a disturbance at Morgan Wallen’s This Bar on 4th Avenue North in the evening hours of August 2nd. Security at the establishment flagged officers down and advised them that an intoxicated couple, later identified as Stephanie and Barry, refused to leave the location. Security stated that they asked them to leave after Stephanie threw a drink at a female attending a bachelorette party inside the bar.
When officers spoke with Barry, they noticed he showed signs of impairment. Officers then reviewed footage of the occurrence, showing Barry slapping another staff member in the face when they asked him and Stephanie to leave. Barry Glenn Augustinsky was deemed a danger to himself and others and was taken into custody for public intoxication.
Barry Glenn Augustinsky was booked into the Metroi Nashville Jail on August 2nd, charged with public intoxication. A judicial commissioner set his bond at $100.
