18-year-old Angel Niclisin was seen attempting to evade arrest after a traffic stop at a McDonald’s on Hickory Hollow Lane on August 13th. Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle that was suspected to be involved in a robbery that had occurred. As the car pulled into the McDonald’s parking lot on Hickory Hollow Lane, it drove away from officers at a high speed. Officers then pursued the vehicle until it crashed near Harbor Freight Tools on Hickory Hollow Parkway.
Officers then removed Niclisin and two other individuals from the car before placing Niclisin into custody. Officers then searched the vehicle and located two empty bottles of liquor. Officers then noticed that one of the passengers was a juvenile and was out past curfew before asking Niclisin if he had a license. He informed officers that he did not. Niclisin was then transported and was later charged with no driver’s license, evading arrest, consumption of alcohol while underage, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor August 14th.

A judicial commissioner set his bond at $7,500, and the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office gave him pre-trial release from their facility.
