38-year-old Nickolas Rodman was seen shoplifting at a JCPenney on Rivergate Parkway on July 20th. When officers arrived, they spoke with loss prevention at JCPenney. Loss prevention stated that they observed Rodman grab numerous clothing items and roll them up.
They claimed that after Rodman did this, he exited the store without paying for any items. Rodman was then cited for the incident that day. Rodman was later booked on the citation for theft on August 19th.
Nickolas Rodman of Bud Hollow in Hendersonville, TN, was booked on a citation on August 19th, charged with theft.
