27-year-old Taylor Clark was caught vandalizing someone’s property on 33rd Avenue North on September 8th. Officers were initially dispatched to the location because they thought it was gunfire. However, they later found that the sound was glass breaking from a few houses down. While investigating the home, officers spoke with the owner, Sarah Michaud, via her security camera. Michaud informed them that the property was on the market and that she wanted to prosecute. Subsequently, she sent the officers a picture of the individual responsible for the vandalism, later identified as Clark.

After leaving the scene, officers observed Clark walking down 28th Avenue North and took her into custody. One of the officers on the scene reviewed their body camera footage and confirmed that Clark was present when they arrived at the house. When officers initially spoke with Clark, she told them she did not live there or hear anything. Officers let her walk away as they had no further reason to question her. Footage that Michaud later sent to officers showed Clark throwing two rocks through the front glass door, which caused interior damage up to $4,000. Following this, Clark was transported to booking and charged with vandalism.

Taylor Clark was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on September 8th, charged with vandalism. A judicial commissioner set her bond at $5,000.
