Alaura O’saile punches ex-boyfriend in face at restaurant

23-year-old Alaura O’Saile was involved in a domestic altercation with her ex-boyfriend, Tanner May, at Twin Peaks on Gallatin Pike North. On June 2nd, officers spoke with May, who stated that he was having dinner with his friend, Noah Joyner when O’Saile showed up at the location. She then went to their table and threw water at May before punching him several times in the head and face. Officers spoke with Joyner and a waitress from the restaurant, whose statements corroborated May’s account of the attack. O’Saile was taken into custody for domestic assault on June 5th.

William Myers earns free night in jail after getting into fight outside Central Police Precinct

46-year-old William Myers was seen intoxicated in public outside of the Central Police Precinct on June 5th. That day, Officers responded to a call regarding an assault outside the Precinct. Officers arrived on the scene and made contact with Myers, who officers told to back away from the other involved parties of the incident. When officers ordered Myers to back up, he refused to move and continued to stand there, acting belligerent. Myers refused to comply with officers’ commands to back away, so officers could not safely get more information. While officers were speaking with Myers, they could smell the strong odor of alcohol coming from him. Officers also noticed Myers’ slurred speech before he admitted to drinking in his prior interactions with police. Myers could not give an account of what happened, and his story changed multiple times as he spoke with officers. Officers deemed Myers to be too intoxicated to care for himself, and he was taken into custody for public intoxication.

18-Year-Old Yussuf Osman flees from police after driving stolen Infiniti Q50

18-year-old Yussuf Osman was caught after fleeing a stolen vehicle near a University Court residence on June 4th. Osman fled from a stolen Infiniti Q50 that officers had followed to the location via investigators and helicopter. After parking the vehicle, two occupants fled from the vehicle, one being Osman and the other being a juvenile. Osman was caught after fleeing and was taken into custody on foot near the University Court residence. Osman told officers he was friends with the juvenile but was uncooperative while they questioned him. The juvenile told officers he had purchased the vehicle. The Infiniti Q50 was valued at $15,318 on Kelley Blue Book. Osman was taken into custody and charged with vehicle theft on June 5th. Osman was also previously arrested in March 2024 for possessing a handgun under the influence as well as possessing cocaine.

Manivone Manivong punches sister-in-law in her chest during argument

63-year-old Manivone Manivong was involved in a domestic altercation with her sister-in-law, Bounkham Ounoutha, at their residence on June 4th. When officers arrived, they spoke with Ounoutha, who told them that Manivong, her sister-in-law and roommate, had begun throwing out her belongings. Ounouotha told officers that she and Manivong had started arguing. During the argument, Manivong had run towards her with her fists curled up, punching Ounoutha in the chest before pushing her. Officers then spoke with Manivong, who told them she had gotten into a verbal argument with Ounoutha. During the argument, Ounouotha walked towards her, telling her, “Hit me, hit me,” placing Manivong in fear for her own safety. Manivong told officers that Ounoutha kept walking towards her, so she pushed her away. A witness to the crime, who is Manivong’s Husband and Ounoutha’s brother, told officers that he heard the argument between them and walked outside to call 911. Proceeding this, when he re-entered the residence, he observed Manivong pushing Ounoutha. After he separated both parties, he noticed Manivong outside talking and talking to herself. The witness believed Manivong was going to hurt Ounoutha. Based on the statements given, Manivong was deemed the primary aggressor and taken into custody for domestic assault on June 5th.

Scammer Jamion Boyd caught pretending to represent Stars Basketball Club to get donations

19-year-old Jamion Boyd, 18-year-old Eivin Kent, and a minor related to Boyd were observed on camera holding a sign that solicited donations from passersby in front of The Pub around 6:45 p.m. on June 4th. Officers noticed he was using a Venmo Link, so they scanned the QR code on the signs. The code redirected them to a Venmo account address different from the one on the official team website. Kent would not give officers his identity, so they detained him. Officers discovered that the three were acting as representatives of the Stars Basketball Club. The juvenile was also found to be soliciting with a similar sign. Boyd was taken into custody and charged with criminal impersonation and contributing to the delinquency of a minor on June 4th.

Walter Eaton steals iPad out of golf cart at parking garage on 5th Avenue

40-year-old Walter Eaton stole an iPad at a parking garage near 5th Avenue North on June 1st. When officers arrived on the scene, they immediately noticed that Eaton had been sprayed with chemical spray as well as been shot by a taser by Michael Siriyutwatana, a security. Officers were informed by staff that there was a video of the incident, which showed Eaton with two other individuals peeing on the wall of the parking garage. After walking away from the wall, Eaton had walked by a golf cart that Michael Shelton, another security guard at the parking garage, drove. Shelton briefly stepped away from the golf cart, and Eaton then proceeded to take the iPad from the cart, securing it inside a white SUV parked in the parking garage.

Deirtrice Young, another security guard at the parking garage, had witnessed the theft on security cameras and went to speak with Eaton. Security footage then shows Eaton aggressively walking toward Young, and her pushing him away to create space. The footage shows Siriyutwatana arrive on the scene attempting to detain Eaton, but he was not complying. Siriyutwatana then proceeded to spray Eaton with a chemical spray until he was down enough to be handcuffed. The video then shows Eaton springing up from the ground and attempt to walk away from them. Siriyutwatana then placed himself in front of Eaton to prevent him from leaving. Eaton then proceeded to charge at Siriyutwatana aggressively before Siriyutwatana pulled out a Taser and used it on Eaton, causing him to fall to the ground. Eaten was then taken into custody by officers and was charged with two counts of assault and one count of theft.

Jeffrey Mansir beats girlfriend with Yankee candle, strangles dog during argument

42-year-old Jeffrey Mansir was seen assaulting his girlfriend, Erin Ulvund, at an Ewing Drive residence on June 1st. Officers arrived on the scene and spoke with a neighbor who claimed they saw a naked woman yelling for help from the residence. Officers then went and spoke with Ulvund, who told officers that she and Mansir had gotten into a verbal altercation that turned physical. Ulvund told officers that following the argument, she went upstairs to separate but returned to apologize. Ulvund had held Mansir onto the couch to apologize, and he pushed her off of him, causing Ulvund to hit her head against the coffee table while falling. Ulvund then continued arguing with Mansir, accusing him of cheating before taking his phone upstairs into the bathroom. Mansir then entered the bathroom, pushing Ulvund against the wall by her neck, asking if she was recording him. Ulvund told officers that Mansir then demanded the video as well as the username and password for her Apple ID account. Ulvund told Mansir that she did not record him, but he did not believe her. Mansir then pulled Ulvund onto the bed and held her down before he started striking her in the face with a Yankee Candle. This caused severe bruising and swelling to her face.

Ulvund informed officers that Mansir told her, “I don’t want to go back to jail. I have to murder you,” before he grabbed a drill bit and put it to her neck. Mansir also held the drill bit to their dog’s neck as well as choking it, telling Ulvund that he would kill the dog. Ulvund told officers that her phone was shattered during the altercation. Ulvund ran outside and screamed for help in the front yard, getting her neighbor’s attention. Mansir then went outside and dragged Ulvund back into the house before she ran out to the residence’s backyard to yell for help again. Ulvund made it to her car and then fled the scene. Mansir was not on the scene when officers arrived, and while speaking with Ulvund, they were alerted of Mansir’s vehicle. Officers initiated a traffic stop on Mansir’s vehicle near an intersection of Ewing Drive and Brick Church. Officers spoke with Mansir, who stated that he and Ulvund argued earlier, but Ulvund was drunk while high on cocaine. Mansir told officers that she tried to apologize, but he pushed her, which caused her to hit her head. Mansir then claims he tried to make amends with Ulvund, but she left the scene. Mansir claims that he left the scene to avoid any more conflict but wanted to return so he could check on his dog. Officers also observed a significant amount of blood on the bed and bathroom of the residence. Due to the injuries and statements, Mansir was deemed the primary aggressor and was taken into custody for aggravated assault, animal cruelty, vandalism, and aggravated kidnapping.

Jerrie Coleman yells at police after causing scene at Embassy Suites

36-year-old Jerrie Coleman was seen publicly intoxicated near Embassy Suites on Demonbreun Street on June 1st. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with Coleman’s girlfriend, who stated that Coleman was involved in another incident and was upset that officers were conducting an investigation. The staff of Embassy Suites wanted Coleman and his group to leave the property, but while in the parking lot, Coleman began yelling and cursing at officers and his family, who attempted to calm him down. Officers warned Coleman to calm down numerous times, but he refused and continued yelling. Coleman also approached officers while yelling, having to be pulled back by his friends and family. He showed numerous indicators of intoxication, as well as the smell of alcohol emitting from his body. Coleman was then taken into custody for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

Malik Rattanavong destroys girlfriend’s property, tells her “If you come back, you will have two swollen eyes”

22-year-old Malik Rattanavong was seen vandalizing his girlfriend, Vanessa Lopez’s, property at their Murfreesboro Pike apartment residence on May 26th. When officers arrived on the scene a few apartments over, they spoke with Lopez. Lopez stated that she and Rattanavong had verbally argued. After this argument, she left the scene and returned to drop off baby formula for their child. As she left the second time, Rattanavong texted her, stating that he had broken all of her stuff. Rattanavong also told Lopez, “If you come back, you will have two swollen eyes,” causing her to fear for her safety. Officers then arrived at the scene at their apartment in which Rattanavong admitted to sending the text messages stating that he was “protecting his peace.” Officers observed a bag containing several of Lopez’s items inside a trash can. Rattanavong stated he had purchased the items in previous relationships under Miranda. Rattanavong was taken into custody for Harassment and Vandalism.

Garrett Ingram goes full Mike Tyson on baby-mama’s ear during argument

22-year-old Garrett Ingram was involved in a domestic incident with May Street, his child’s mother, at a Lebanon Pike apartment residence on May 24th. When officers arrived on the scene, they spoke with Street, who stated that Ingram and she had been having ongoing issues for days. Street tells officers that they have been arguing that morning and that she finally told Ingram to leave. Ingram then proceeded to ask Street for his jacket, which she did not have. Ingram then searched Street’s belongings, and she pushed him to get him to stop searching in her bags. Steet told officers that Ingram shoved her, making her fall onto the mattress that was on the floor before he got on top of her and bit her ear. Refusing to get off of her ear, Street’s siblings came to attempt to pull Ingram off. Street then hit him in the face, and he finally let go of her ear. Officers observed a cut on Street’s ear before speaking with a witness who said they saw Ingram push Street and bite her ear. A warrant was issued, and Ingram was taken into custody for domestic assault on May 25th.
