29-year-old Jennifer Baez was caught walking without credentials at the Nissan Stadium on May 3rd. Security observed this, and she was detained. They cited her for the violation, and she was booked on the citation of criminal trespassing on May 28th.
50-year-old Mark John Hovanec was taken into custody for public intoxication and criminal trespass on May 27th. At around 3:59 a.m., officers received complaints regarding a person with a firearm, later identified as Hovanec, at the Commerce Street parking garage. Upon arrival, they initially did not locate him. Then, dispatch alerted officers of another call, stating a white male wearing a gray long-sleeve shirt and jeans was in the garage, threatening to shoot people. In addition, another caller stated that he was looking through vehicles with a flashlight. Officers located Hovanec, matching the description they were provided, lying down on the stairs of the parking garage. Hovanec reeked of alcohol and showed signs of intoxication. Officers detained him and performed a search on his person. Officers found a flashlight on him but did not find a firearm. Hovanec told officers that he passed through the garage but did not threaten anyone. He was then jailed for the occurrence.
30-year-old OnlyFans Model Rae Ricketts was involved in a domestic incident with her ex-boyfriend, Mark David Palomba, at his 19th Avenue South apartment late May 28th. Palomba stated that he heard knocking on his door earlier in the night. He looked outside and observed it was Ricketts, but he chose not to open the door. Palomba said that his partner, Lauren Kriste Redlowsk, thought it was security, telling them to turn the music down, and opened the door. Ricketts then barged inside and started arguing with Palomba. Redlowsk corroborated his statement, adding that she saw Ricketts mount him and put her hands on his shoulders, causing her to go inside the bedroom where dispatch advised her to stay. When officers spoke with Ricketts, they noticed she reeked of alcohol as she told them that she was allowed inside his apartment. She was crying loudly and causing a disturbance before they deemed her a danger to herself and others. Ricketts was taken into custody for aggravated criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication on May 29th.
22-year-old Joseph Harper was causing a disturbance at Tribe on Church Street in the early hours of April 21st. When officers arrived, they spoke with Travis Staten, a security guard for the establishment. Staten stated that Harper had been told he was not allowed on the property multiple times, adding that Harper keeps returning. Staten said that Harper was asked to exit the club that night and returned after an unidentified friend provided him with a bracelet to re-enter. Officers located Staten in the lobby and asked him why he kept coming to Tribe despite being told to leave multiple times, and he told them, “I’m just being dumb.” Harper was cited for the incident that night. Harper was later booked on the citation of criminal trespassing on May 13th.
40-year-old Michael David Johnson was cited for trespassing at Nissan Stadium on April 20th. That day, Johnson attended the Monster Energy AMA Supercross at Nissan Stadium. Johnson was given ticketing instructions stating individuals may not enter the field or track. Despite this, Johnson entered a prohibited area. Johnson was cited for the incident that day. Johnson was later booked on the citation of criminal trespass on May 13th.
18-year-old Tyquan Allen was taken into custody for criminal trespass on May 11th. Officers arrived at The Sleep Inn Hotel on Percy Priest Drive, where they observed Allen sleeping on the floor in the hallway. After multiple attempts, officers woke him up, during which he refused to provide them or Caleb Collins, the hotel manager, with his information to figure out if he had a hotel room. Then, after being told to leave the property, Allen refused. He was detained for the occurrence.
19-year-old Dancer Matthew Ja’Terry Lamont Boyd was caught trespassing at Hillwood High School on April 15th. Officers responded to the school and spoke with security officer Austin Dubuc. Dubuc stated that Boyd had entered the property after being previously trespassed from it. Boyd told officers he knew he was not supposed to be on the property, adding that he was only there to help his dance team prepare for a competition. Boyd was then cited for the incident that day. Boyd was booked on the citation of trespassing on May 7th.
23-year-old Kelvin Barranco did a “burnout” in the parking lot of the Southeast Library on Hickory Hollow Parkway on March 23rd. Officers observed a large amount of dust and smoke coming from the tires of his pink BMW 325, followed by a loud “revving sound.” They approached him, and he provided them with his driver’s credentials, which returned with suspended status. Officers discovered the location had an active trespass waiver on file, and he was cited for the incident. Barranco was booked on the citations of reckless driving and criminal trespass on April 26th.
46-year-old Shawn Allen Warren was lying near the cement bench area at The Walk of Fame Park on 4th Avenue South in the early hours of February 2nd. Officers patrolled the area and observed him looking down and shuffling through items. Then, when Warren saw the police, he moved his hand underneath a blanket he had wrapped around him. Officers approached and asked him what he had in his hands, to which he replied, “Nothing.” Officers then had Warren stand up, during which two small rocks, later identified as crack cocaine, fell from his lap. Warren was cited for the incident. Warren was booked on the citation of simple possession and criminal trespassing on April 22nd.
47-year-old Christopher Nelson was sleeping in the parking garage and refusing to leave the Burnham Apartments on Representative John Lewis Way South in the early hours of April 9th. When officers arrived, they spoke with security at the apartments and located Nelson. Officers told him to leave, which he did as they informed him he was not allowed to return. After this, Nelson sat on a bench nearby, and officers left the scene. Then, after receiving an unrelated call, about 15 to 20 minutes later, they patrolled the Burnham Apartments again and noticed Nelson was sleeping in the garage between two vehicles. Nelson was taken into custody for criminal trespass.
