Robert Mayberry resists arrest after refusing to leave Jason Aldean’s Rooftop Bar

29-year-old Robert Mayberry caused a disturbance at Jason Aldean’s Rooftop Bar in the early hours of August 3rd. Security for the establishment flagged officers down, advising them that they had an intoxicated individual, later identified as Mayberry, arguing with them and refusing to leave. When officers arrived, they instructed Mayberry to leave repeatedly and informed him that he would be arrested if he didn’t. The police report stated that Mayberry reeked of alcohol and showed signs of impairment while making unintelligible statements. Officers then tried to detain him, but Mayberry locked his arms forward, hindering them from arresting him. Mayberry pushed against them and resisted entering and exiting the patrol car several times. Mayberry was taken into custody for resisting arrest and criminal trespass.

Roxanne Moya punches police officer after shoving her ID in their face at Barstool Nashville

29-year-old Roxanne Elaine Moya caused a disturbance at Barstool Nashville in the early hours of July 27th. Security at the establishment flagged officers down, advising them that Moya, who was highly intoxicated, had been denied entry and refused to leave the location. When the police spoke with Moya, she showed signs of intoxication. Moya continued to shove her driver’s license in the security officer’s face and was being a public annoyance. A friend of hers, who officers deemed relatively sober, told them he would get her home and exited the Barstool line. While escorting Moya from the premises, she put her license in the officer’s face. She then punched the officer in the face, causing them to fall to the ground. Moya continued to be combative until officers secured her in handcuffs. Moya was then taken into custody for disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and assault on an officer.

Lanaya Patton shoves police officers while acting erratically at Shake Shack

18-year-old Lanaya Patton was seen acting disorderly and pushing officers at Shake Shack in downtown Nashville on Broadway Place on July 4th. Officers observed Patton acting erratically and shouting while on the phone. Officers then approached her and asked Patton to leave. Patton then refused, became aggressive, and began shoving officers. Patton also continued to scream, wave her arms, and push multiple girls in her group. Officers deemed Patton would not stop her behavior, so she was taken into custody for disorderly conduct on July 5th.

Rodrick Love found “extremely disoriented” wearing only one shoe in Downtown Nashville

21-year-old Rodrick Love was taken into custody for public intoxication on May 25th. On May 24th, around 11:45 p.m., a Skull’s Rainbow Room manager flagged officers down regarding a young male, later identified as Love, who appeared “extremely disoriented.” Love was seen wearing only one shoe and talking into his wallet, asking for “Siri.” Officers located Love outside a 6th Avenue North establishment and spoke with him. As they spoke, Love told officers he was visiting from Chicago with some friends, but he had lost them and his phone. During their interaction, Love did not know where his hotel was, and when officers asked him where he was, he replied, “I know it’s not Memphis.” Love continued talking to his wallet, stumbling around and repeating nonsensical phrases. Love was deemed unable to care for himself and was detained for the occurrence.
