Gregory Fraction resists arrest after refusing to leave the Nashville Rescue Mission

50-year-old Gregory Fraction was seen refusing to leave the Nashville Rescue Mission on September 2nd. Staff at the location requested that officers remove Fraction because he already had an active trespass waiver. When officers arrived, they observed that Fraction was standing at the main entrance door and displaying signs of intoxication. While speaking with Fraction, officers reported that he was uncooperative, refused to provide necessary information, and was argumentative. Fraction was then placed in custody and escorted to a patrol car so officers could conduct an arrest search. During that process, Fraction showed increased agitation and resistance. This led to Fraction pushing, pulling, and locking his legs while officers attempted to put him inside the patrol vehicle. Once Fraction was secured inside the patrol car, he stated his entire body hurt and requested an ambulance. Once medics arrived and Fraction was in the back of the ambulance, he ripped off the medical equipment that was being used to obtain his vitals. Following this, Fraction was transported to booking and charged with criminal trespassing, resisting arrest, and public intoxication on September 3rd.
