18-year-old Henry Clark was seen driving his car with malfunctioning brake lights on July 9th. When officers contacted Clark, he told them he was 18 and identified himself with a photo of his TN Drivers License. While interacting with Clark, officers observed several lighters and tobacco wrappers in plain view. When officers asked Clark if he had been smoking, he replied that it was only a “black.” Officers asked Clark out of his car and conducted a probable cause search. The search yielded a Colt M1911 handgun with its serial number scratched off, 20.9 grams of marijuana, and two baggies of cocaine and crack cocaine. Officers also found another handgun under the passenger seat. Clark was taken into custody for fake identification, controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, firearm during a felony, and nicotine possession under the age of 21 on July 10th.
