27-year-old Noyola Moises was observed speeding on I-440 East near Mile Marker 6.6 late May 17th. Officers noticed Moises going 85 mph in a 55 mph zone and using the emergency lane to pass other vehicles, so they conducted a traffic stop. They discovered he did not have insurance or a valid driver’s license and issued him a citation. Moises was booked on the citations of not having a driver’s license, evidence of compliance violation, and reckless driving on June 10th.
