30-year-old Brielle Cramer was involved in a domestic altercation with Peyton Hardy on September 6th. When officers arrived and were investigating the incident, Cramer confessed to slapping Hardy in the face during the argument. Hardy informed the officers that he had moved to his desk to sit down during his argument with Cramer. According to him, that was when Cramer approached and slapped him. Hardy explained that after the initial confrontation, Cramer went to retrieve his firearm. He said she then informed him of the money he allegedly owed her. Cramer told him that she would take his cell phone and gun as a repayment. Hardy told officers that Cramer never pointed the gun at him, but he said that he felt uneasy. Because of this, he grabbed her by her wrist and took the gun from her. Officers determined that Cramer was the primary aggressor, so she was taken into custody and charged with domestic assault.
