Jeffrey Lebron Ownby sets clothes on fire while shoplifting at Walmart

62-year-old Jeffery Lebron Ownby was seen setting clothes on fire at the Walmart on Gallatin Pike North at 9:00 a.m. on July 3rd. Ownby was observed entering the store at 6:00 a.m. He took an electric cart and proceeded to go around the store and conceal merchandise inside it. Once he was done, Ownby attempted to leave Walmart but was stopped at the exit doors. When Ownby was stopped, he got upset and left the store without the cart to smoke a cigarette. Shortly after, Ownby returned back inside and began walking through the store. While walking, Ownby began damaging items with his crutches.
